NRC Online FAQ

NRC Review is the premier provider of online review tools for students preparing to take the professional licensure examinations of the Philippine Regulation Commission. Below are some frequently asked questions to provide you the guidelines and help you navigate these tools and services.
 

  1. How do I register?
    To register, click on the Sign Up Now link or the Register tab found on top of the NRC Home Page. Provide all the required information found on the registration page and click on the Submit button. You will receive an email from NRC Online containing a confirmation link. Click on the confirmation link. Your registration is now complete. You may now use the tools and services provided by NRC Online.

  2. I did not receive my confirmation link after registration, what should I do?
    Check your Inbox for an e-mail from NRCREVIEW.COM with a subject of 'User Registration'. Depending on your e-mail filter settings, you may also find this e-mail in your Junk E-Mail box. If you can't find the e-mail in your Inbox or Junk E-Mail box, it is most likely that you provided an invalid e-mail address when you submitted you registration. Try registering again and verify that the e-mail address you provide is correct. Pleasecontact NRC if this problem persists.

  3. I forgot my password, how do I retrieve it?
    Click on the 'I FORGOT MY MEMEBER ID/PASSWORD' link found on the NRC Online Home Page. It is located to the right of the Login button on the upper-right corner of the page. On the Forgot Password page, enter the e-mail address in your current profile and the security code displayed on the web page. Click on the Submit button. You will receive an e-mail with your new password. To protect you account, we recommend that you immediately change your password.

  4. How do I change my password?
    To change your password, log into NRC Online and click on the My Account link found on the uppper-left corner of the web page. Click on the Change Password link found on the left side of the page. On the Change Password page, enter your current password. Then enter your new password twice. Click on the Submit button. You will receive an e-mail to inform you of a recent password change. This is just a notification of the password change and you do not have to do anything with it. If you receive an e-mail regarding a recent password change and If you think that you have not done any changes to your password, please contact us immediately. Someone may have had access to your account and created a new password.

  5. How do I change my email address?
    To change the e-mail address in your account, log into NRC Online and click on the My Account link found on the uppper-left corner of the web page. On the account profile page, enter your new e-mail address and click on the Submit button.

  6. How do I take an exam?
    To take an exam, login to nrcreview.com. On My Homepage, select the Exam Type, Subject, Category and the Limit (desired number of questions). Then click on the Take Test button. The Introduction page will then display. Click on the Continue button to start the exam. Each question will be displayed one page at a time. Answer each question by selecting from the multiple choice answers (A thru D). After selecting your answer, click on the Next button located on top of the page. You can also select the question number displayed on the navigation menu on top of the page. When all questions have been answered, click on the Submit button. This will end the exam and will bring you back to My Homepage. Selecting the Save button on the navigation menu will save you exam in a pending state and will allow you to continue the exam at your convenience.

  7. Where can I find the results of my exams?
    All results of the exams can be viewed on the Exam History section of My Homepage. You can click on the link in the Status column to continue or review an exam you've taken previously. You can also view all of your exam results in the My Reports page.

  8. How do I display only certain subjects in my Exam History?
    To display only certain subjects in the Exam History, select a Exam Type, Subject, and Category from the Exam selection section of My Homepage and click on the link labeled : 'Click here to include only the Exam Type/Subject/Category selected above'.

  9. How can I have access to a full course?
    If you wish to access the full review course, you may purchase an unlimited access card. Access cards can be purchased from any NRC office.

  10. How can I have access to just a particular subject?
    To get access to just a particular subject, you will need to purchase an Authorization Code that is limited to one subject. Access codes can be purchased from any NRC office.

  11. Where do I get an authorization code?
    Authorization Codes are found on access cards that can be purchased from any NRC office.

  12. What access card shoul I buy?
    If you wish to access the full review course, you may purchase an unlimited access card. If you only require to review particular subjects, you may purchase a limited access card for each subject that you wish to access. Access cards can be purchased from any NRC office.

  13. Where can I buy the access cards?
    Access cards can be purchased from any NRC office.

  14. How do I load an authorization code after registration?
    Click on the 'Enter Authorization Code' on the My Homepage. On the Authorization Entry screen, select the Course. If you purchased a limited access card, select the desired Subject you wish to use the authorization code for. Enter the Authorization Code found on the access card. Then enter the security code displayed on the screen. Then click on the Submit button. You may then taking exams using that Authorization Code.

  15. What happens if I have loaded a subject card for the same course or subject?
    Each Authorization code is set to expire within a certain number of days starting from the day you enter your code. If you entered another Authorization for the same subject that you've previously used, the start date of the new code will start the day after the first code will expire. This will give you the maximum number of days allowed for two codes used for the same subject.

  16. What should I do if I loaded an authorization card on the wrong subject?
    If your first Authorization code has not expired yet, you may contact any NRC office to have your second Authorzation code reset so you can select a different subject for it.
